Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing practice from India. Translated literally, it is the "Science of Life", and is often referred to as the sister science of yoga.

Ayurveda uses lifestyle, food, herbs, and yoga to help improve your overall well-being. The goal is to bring balance to the body, mind and spirit, through the removal of dis-ease and by remembering our own true nature. It creates equanimity, contentment, clarity, and the energy to manifest our dreams.

Join Kathleen in this interactive workshop to learn more about the practical wisdom of Ayurveda. You’ll discover your "unique" Ayurvedic body type, based on the three doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha). The doshas are our constitutional properties which we can use to find balance in our lives.

You’ll also get some easy-to-use diet and lifestyle tips. We’ll explore healing practices, yoga postures, food, clothing, music, friends, and our environment to find the many ways we can optimize our well-being.
